Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of onecybershield.com (the "Site") operated by AOS Corp ("OneCyberShield," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

01The Site

The Site provides general information about OneCyberShield's cybersecurity services for U.S. municipalities and public-sector organizations and a contact form through which you may request a briefing or further information. Submitting the contact form does not create a service relationship, a consulting engagement, or any obligation on the part of OneCyberShield to provide services. Any future engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

02Eligibility

You may use the Site only if you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Authorized security research conducted in good faith and consistent with responsible disclosure practices is welcome. Please contact us at admin@onecybershield.com before initiating any active testing.

04Intellectual Property

The Site, including all text, graphics, logos, code, and other content, is owned by OneCyberShield or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for your personal or internal business purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the content on the Site without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

"OneCyberShield" and the OneCyberShield shield mark are trademarks of AOS Corp. Use without permission is prohibited.

05Information You Submit

Any information you submit through the contact form is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the authority to submit any information you provide and that your submission does not violate any duty of confidentiality, contractual obligation, or third-party right.

06Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may reference or link to third-party websites, news articles, regulatory guidance, and similar resources. These references are provided for informational purposes only. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party site or service.

07Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and freedom from defects or interruption.

Information on the Site, including descriptions of cybersecurity threats, controls, and incidents, is provided for general educational and marketing purposes. It is not professional advice. You should not act or refrain from acting on the basis of the Site's content without obtaining qualified professional advice tailored to your circumstances.

08Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall OneCyberShield, its affiliates, or any of their officers, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. OneCyberShield's total cumulative liability arising out of or relating to the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, the foregoing limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

09Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OneCyberShield, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

10Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

11Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice, constitute the entire agreement between you and OneCyberShield regarding the Site.
